How Can severe Dizziness Be Treated?

Seems I woke up tonight for work very dizzy. Room spinning. Came to work and had another dizzy episode. Still feeling weird in the head like a little dizzy just off. What could be the cause of this. I don t have an ear infection nor do I have a history of high blood pressure.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

For your dizziness some following causes can be ruled out....
-Blood pressure fluctuations
(High and low blood pressure both can lead dizziness, hence check your blood pressure)
-Viral flu
(cold can lead dizziness in which congestive symptoms present)
-Alcohol history
-strenous work out history
-lack of sleep
-Hypoglycemia (serum random blood sugar can be done for that)
-Otological examination
-Excess stress

Hence above mentioned causes ruled out and according to cause specific treatment given

If needed for repeated dizziness betahistine can be prescribed

Take care

Consult physician for examination and discuss all this information I given

Hope your concern solved
